Letterly is operated by Steam Bliss, a sole trader established in Ireland and trading as Letterly.
By placing an order, subscribing, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Services
Letterly offers:
One-off purchases of physical mailed products
Monthly and ,Fixed-term subscription
Personalised cards and celebration products including birthday and party orders
Fixed-Term Subscription run for the selected subscription period and end automatically unless renewed.
Recurring Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval until cancelled
All products are physical items delivered by An Post.
Some products may be available in limited quantities or only during selected periods.
Prices are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.
Payments are processed securely through payment providers connected to our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that:
the information provided is accurate;
you are authorised to use the selected payment method; and
you agree to recurring billing where applicable.
Subscription pricing, billing intervals and renewal details are shown during checkout. Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
Cancellation prevents future renewals and does not refund payments already processed.
We aim to describe and present products, colours, designs and layouts as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, printing processes and the handmade or personalised nature of certain products.
We reserve the right to limit, refuse or cancel orders where necessary, including due to availability, delivery limitations, suspected misuse, or operational requirements.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability and service offerings may change from time to time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed unless required to fulfil the order or agreed with the customer.
We aim to provide products and services with reasonable care and accuracy but do not guarantee that all website content will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
4. Mail-Out Schedule
Letterly sends physical letters on or around the 15th of each month.
Subscription start dates are determined as follows:
Orders placed on or before the 15th receive the current month’s scheduled letter.
Orders placed after the 15th begin with the following month’s letter.
Dispatch dates are estimates and may occasionally vary.
5. Personalised Products
Letterly offers selected personalised products including personalised birthday cards and celebration cards.
Customers are responsible for checking and confirming:
names,
dates,
spelling,
messages,
addresses,
and all personalisation details before placing an order.
Once preparation or production begins, changes may not be possible.
6. Delivery
Letterly delivers physical products by An Post standard postage, therefore no tracking is availible.
Personalised celebration, birthday pack orders are typically delivered within 10-14 days.
Ireland: 2-4 working days
UK: 3-5 working days
Europe: 4-8 working days
Rest of the world: 10-12 working days
Delivery time frames for subscription are estimates only and may vary due to:
postal service delays, public holidays, seasonal demand, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside Letterly’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at the time of purchase. We take no resposibility for incorrect addresses
7. Cancellations
One-Off Orders
Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch begins.
Personalised Orders
Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production or preparation has started.
Subscription Orders
Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled before the next renewal date.
Fixed-term subscriptions normally continue until completion of the purchased term.
8. Returns and Refunds
Because may Letterly products are personalised or prepared to order, returns may not always be available.
Refunds, replacements or resends may be offered where:
an order arrives damaged;
the incorrect item was sent;
the order differs from the confirmed purchase details; or
delivery issues occurred due to our error.
We cannot guarantee refunds where incorrect information was supplied at checkout.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
9. User Comments and Feedback
If you send Letterly comments, ideas, feedback, suggestions, reviews, testimonials, personalised content, or other materials (including by email, website forms or post), you acknowledge that we may review and use that feedback to improve our products and services.
Where we wish to publish testimonials, reviews or customer content publicly, we will not request permission.
You confirm that content submitted by you does not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, privacy, confidentiality or trade mark rights.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and permissions relating to any information, wording, messages or personalised content provided as part of an order.
10. Website Useand Service Access
You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with website operation, security or services.
Letterly reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel orders or access to services where necessary, including where these Terms are breached, fraudulent activity is suspected, incorrect information is provided, or where we are unable to fulfil an order.
Information submitted through the website may be transmitted across networks and processed by trusted service providers as required to operate our services.
Payment information is processed securely through our payment providers. Letterly does not store full payment card details.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell or commercially exploit any part of the website, products, content or services provided by Letterly.
Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Services and Pricing
Letterly may update products, pricing, services. Prices for products and subscriptions may change from time to time.
Any price changes will apply to future purchases and future subscription renewals where applicable and will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Letterly reserves the right to update, modify, suspend or discontinue products, subscription options or parts of the service at any time.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of significant changes that affect active subscriptions or existing customer orders.
Letterly will not be responsible for delays, interruptions or service changes arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide reliable website services and fulfil orders with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee that the website or services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors.
Products and services are provided based on the descriptions, availability and timelines stated on our website.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Letterly will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delayed delivery, interruptions to service, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, negligence causing personal injury, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Letterly, its owner, affiliates, partners, employees, service providers and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from:
your breach of these Terms;
misuse of the website or services;
information submitted by you that is inaccurate or unlawful; or
your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
This provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not affect any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.
