Thank you so much for supporting Letterly and being part of our little mail club. We hope your letter arrived safely and brought a small moment of joy to your day.

At Letterly, we want customers to feel confident ordering with us. We apply the following policy.

Letterly is operated by Steam Bliss, a sole trader established in Ireland and trading as Letterly.

Returns

Due to the personalised and time-based nature of our mailings, customers are generally unable to return letters once they have been prepared or posted.

If there is a problem with your order, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will do our best to help.

Cancellations

One-Off Orders

Orders may be cancelled before preparation or dispatch begins.

Once a letter has been prepared for mailing or posted, cancellations are not available.

Fixed-Term Subscriptions

Fixed-term subscriptions run for the selected period and cannot be cancelled once fulfilment has started.

Recurring Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Customers may cancel at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not normally refund payments already processed.

Monthly Dispatch Schedule

Letterly sends letters on or around the 15th of each month.

·         Orders placed on or before the 15th receive the current month’s letter.

·         Orders placed after the 15th begin with the following month’s letter.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

  • If your letter arrives damaged,

  • does not arrive within a reasonable delivery period, or

  • was sent incorrectly due to our error,

Please contact us within 14 days of expected delivery.

  • Where appropriate, Letterly may offer

  • a replacement,

  • resend of the letter, or

  • a refund.

    Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Letterly cannot guarantee refunds or replacements where delivery was unsuccessful because of incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
